Listel Whistler, a Coast Hotel

A couple minutes walk to the gondolas + hot tub/sauna + professional team made the stay for me. The beds are softer than I'm used to but otherwise a fantastic experience. All the staff I encountered were warm, welcoming and professional.

Although this is just a 3 star hotel, it provides quite good service. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived at 11am on Thursday (original check in time is 4pm) and give us an extra hour to check out (at noon) on Sunday. They have ski storage and coffee and hot water in the lobby. Room is clean and has a small fridge and safety box. No microwave. Its location is unbeatable, very central in Whistler Village. They have its own parking garage and they allow the car stay till 2pm I would recommend this hotel to skiers.

Our check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm, but we arrived early around 9:30 am and they let us check in right away—such a great start! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend The Listel Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back

The service at the Listel is genuinely great, staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. The physical condition of the room didn’t match the level of service. The room felt worn down: outlets not working, noticeable wear and tear, and several banged-up fixtures. It felt overdue for maintenance. Solid location and excellent staff, but the property itself needs updates and repairs to really justify a higher rating.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and we Really enjoyed our stayed. The rooms were little small and dated, but it was clean, comfortable and great location. If your family looking for budget friendly and good hotel, don’t think twice and go with this hotel. Staff was great, always hot chocolate and tea in lobby. If you’re looking for fancy or modern this is not your place. But all other qualities make this hotel a great option for any family.

Room were great. Clean and all furniture was in great condition. Bed, pillow and blankets were great. Only issue was with the air-conditioning/heating which was noisy and difficult to regulate - this seemed to be a consistence issue across the Coast Hotels as we stay in four Coast Hotels and they all had this same issue

Nice hotel in a great spot right in Whistler Village. Super convenient for restaurants and the ski lifts. It absolutely deserves a strong 4 stars. The rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable, and the ski storage was a really nice bonus after long days on the mountain. I stayed over New Year’s, so I paid a premium, which may sway opinions a bit. It’s not really a resort style property and overall feels dated, so 5 stars would be asking too much, but it’s solid and I’d definitely stay here again. A remodel would take it to the next level.

We spent our Christmas at Listel. The location is excellent. It just took us a few minutes' walk to get to the Whistler Gondola and the Village. We definitely love the free hot coffee in the morning and hot chocolate when we came back from the snowboarding. We also love the hot tub (although it is kind of small). It's wonderful after a whole day snowboarding. The things that we think can be improved was the quality of toilet paper and the number of power outlets. There was squeaky sound whenever we walked across the room, which I think was common in old buildings. In sum, it's an enjoyable stay during Christmas.
